How to Make a Purchase
Engraving Note:
IMPORTANT! Please read and follow these directions. This will aid us in ensuring your items are engraved accurately.
Since almost every item in our online store requires engraving, there is an engraving box for you to complete on the order basket page. If you already have a Word processing document prepared for your engraving text, you may send that document to us using the attachment function below the order basket on the order basket page. You may also give us special instructions in either the engraving box or the document you attach. Please be sure to identify which item each line of engraving text should be associated with. The best method to do this is by using the product name or product codes next to each line of text.

1st line--John Smith
2nd line--Salesman of the Year
3rd line--2002
Note about Figurines for Trophies:
All trophies come with a free choice of figurine. But you must choose which figurine you want for each trophy you order. Here are the steps to take to properly order your trophy and figurine.
Step 1: Choose the trophy you want.
Step 2: On the description page of each trophy you will see a link that reads, “Click here to choose figurine for this product.” Click once on that link and you will be taken to the figurine page. You will see several categories of figurines on a separate page.
Step 3: Choose one figurine for each trophy you plan to order by clicking the button marked “Add” next to each figurine picture. This puts the figurine in your basket, but all figurines have a price of $0.00 so there is no charge added to your total.
Step 4: Close the window of the figurine page and you will be back on the trophy description page.
Step 5: Add the trophy to your basket.
Step 6: If you feel that an explanation about which figurine accompanies which trophy will help our staff process your order, explain this in the Engraving Text box on the Order Basket page. This information will be sent to us with your order.
Step 7: Close this browser window to return to the order page.
Secure Online Orders: When you find an item you wish to buy, simply click the nearby link that reads, "add this item to my shopping cart". After you have entered your engraving text into the box, you will immediately be taken to your shopping cart. You may continue to shop by clicking "Continue Shopping." When you're finished shopping, click "Order Basket" to review the contents of your shopping cart. Make sure the items you wish to purchase are listed correctly. You can increase the quantity, or remove a listed item. Once you're satisfied with your shopping cart contents, select "Checkout". Your transaction will advance to a securely encrypted page where you may safely enter your credit card and other information. Upon completion, your order is sent to us immediately for processing.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or Airborne Express regular ground unless otherwise requested.
Most items require engraving. Because of this, those items will be engraved and shipped to you within 3 business days after we receive your order. If you place your order in the evening or on a weekend, we will begin to process it the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Contact us for further information regarding shipping internationally.
Sales Tax: No sales tax if destination is outside of Texas. Texas residents are required to include 8.125% sales tax.

Returns
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will provide you with a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. Returns without an MRA will be refused and returned to sender. Claims for items received damaged must be processed through the carrier.
