For most of its products and services, Texas Trophies conducts credit card and cash transactions in-person at our brick and mortar storefronts. Purchase Orders are issued to those customers/organizations who request to be billed monthly for their ongoing awards program or billed periodically for an ongoing name badge, sign, or other product/service that Texas Trophies provides.
For products & services available for electronic purchase via our company website, Texas Trophies transmits credit card information in an encrypted format, using industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for all electronic transactions. When confirming your order, Texas Trophies only reveals the last four digits of your credit card number. Upon confirmation, Texas Trophies then transmits the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during the order process.
Any internal document or notation made by Texas Trophies to transact your award order payment carrying confidential credit, debit or check card information is destroyed within 48 hours of receipt.
Children’s Privacy: Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on our website.
